About Glow With Life

The long way round.

An independent hair resource for women who want more than quick answers,
built on thoughtful research, clear advice, and claims you can check.

01 · The story

Where I stand.

I’m not a stylist. I’m someone who digs into the details and explains what actually matters. When a question needs a professional, I’ll say so. You deserve useful guidance, not confident guesses.

The images on this site are AI-generated. That’s intentional. It lets me show the same hairstyle across different hair types, textures, and lengths, so you can get a more useful idea of how a style may look on hair like yours.

Not every hair-care claim has strong evidence behind it. When the research is limited or unclear, I’ll tell you. Even when it goes against what everyone else seems to recommend. You deserve the information and the choice.

And if something isn’t right, tell me. When better information comes along, I update it. If something needs correcting, tell me. Every message is genuinely read.

02 · The process

How a guide gets made.

Four steps, every time. No guide goes up until it
has been through all of them.

Step 01

The question

It starts with something women actually want to know. Why does a French braid come out lopsided? Which bun actually suits a round face?

Step 02

The research

I check the answer against reliable sources, including the American Academy of Dermatology, especially when it involves hair or scalp health. When there’s a study behind a claim, you can read it too.

Step 03

The guide

I work through the details that matter, then turn them into clear, useful steps. What to do, why it works, and what may change for different hair types.

Step 04

The update

A guide can change after it’s published. New evidence, better information, or a helpful reader correction can all send me back to it.

03 · The Scope

What I cover.

Two areas, covered properly. Styling you can follow, and
care that holds up when you check it.

04 · The founder

Who’s behind it.

Founder & Editor

Safiullah Nasir

“A good hair guide is one you can follow at your own mirror,
without pausing every ten seconds.”

Safiullah started Glow With Life in 2026 and writes every guide on the site, from braids and updos to scalp care and wash days. He’s not a stylist, and doesn’t pretend to be. He cares about instructions that respect your time and answers you can check for yourself.

Thank you for being here.

If a guide helped, tell a friend. If something didn’t make sense,
tell me. I’d genuinely rather know.
